You can open new tickets by sending an email to the appropriate address below.

Department Purpose
Sales All pre & post-sale service requests. Questions regarding any of our services.
Support Outstanding technical assistance no matter the account you hold! Please sign in to your account and click on the use the Ticket tab for Technical Support. Additionally, you may email us as well, but be sure to include account information (domain, customer id, etc.) in your email so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Billing Questions regarding an invoice or charge. Current clients wishing to terminate an account. Existing clients who would like to add or modify services. Mon – Fri from 9am – 6pm PST
Migrations Questions regarding your migration request/ticket. Mon – Fri from 9am – 2pm PST
Abuse Non-clients wishing to make UBE/UCE/Spam reports. Non-clients wishing to report DMCA & other international violations of law. Mon – Fri from 9am – 2pm PST
